ITINERARY:

Day 1: Arrival - Malaga - Granada

Arrival to Malaga by scheduled flight. Pick up the car at the airport and transfer to Granada. Overnight in Granada.

Day 2: Granada - Cordoba

After breakfast at the hotel, discover on own the city in Sierra Nevada. Visit of Alhambra and Generalife Gardens and after this walking tour through the old part of the city where you will see also the Royal Chapel, where King Ferdinand and Queen Elisabeth are buried. In the afternoon proceed to Cordoba. Overnight in Cordoba.

Day 3: Cordoba - Seville

After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Mezquita (The Cathedral – Mosque). After this enjoy walking through the streets of Jewish Quarter, known for its interesting interior patios. In the afternoon departure to Seville. Overnight in Seville.

Day 4: Seville 

After breakfast at the hotel start discovering Seville on own including visits to the Cathedral of Santa María and Royal Alcazar, arabic palace from the 14th century and nowadays residence of the Spanish kings. Visit can end with a nice walk through the historical jewish section called Santa Cruz Overnight in Seville.

Day 5: Seville – Jerez de la Frontera – Puerto Santa Maria - Ronda

After breakfast at the hotel, departure towards Jerez de la Frontera to visit typical wine cellars including the wine degustation or horse dance show of the “Jerez” horses. Continue towards Puerto de Santa Maria where you will be able to see Pozos Dulces, parque Calderón, Ribera del marisco, Plaza de toros among the rest. In the afternoon proceed to Ronda. Overnight in Ronda.

Day 6: Ronda – Malaga – Costa del Sol

After breakfast at the hotel you will be able to walk through Ronda, one of Andalucia´s loveliest towns, steeped in history. It stands on a towering plateau in the mountains of Malaga Province, and is famous through Spain for the plunging river gorge which divides the medieval from the 18th century parts of the town. This gorge is known as El Tajo - The Cliff and is spanned by a stone bridge, which once housed a prison. You will be able to peer down into the gorge, to see the waters of the River Guadalevín. Proceed to Malaga and upon arrival you will be able to enjoy the birth city of Pablo Picasso particularly around La Alcazaba, a fortress which dates back to 1065 and is now a fascinating archaeological museum. You will be able to visit nearby Castle which was rebuilt by the Moors and is today a traditional parador (state hotel) with superb panoramic views.

Overnight in Costa del Sol.

Day 7: Malaga – departure

After breakfast free time to enjoy Malaga and Costa del Sol on own until the departure to the airport. Drop off the rented car.
